Foundation Bases
Customers can choose foundation formulation that best suits their unique skin types, i.e., Oil Free, Enriched, Matte or Moisture Tint. We use modifiers and additives to adjust the texture, coverage and finish of the foundation to meet the needs and preferences of each customers. We add serums to treat skin conditions and protect the skin. 

Our cosmetic products are clean, natural and so gentle they’re recommended by a triple-board certified cosmetic and plastic surgeon.

Our products are 100% mineral based which is important as you compare our offerings to others in the marketplace. LO Cosmetics ingredients are:

Bases 
The custom foundations are available in three talc-free, fragrance-free and non-comedogenic and especially good for sensitive skin. All 3 bases start with medium coverage and SPF 6-8.

Moisture Tint Bases
Mineral Moisture Tint
This ‘good for you formula’ is lightweight and sheer for naturally radiant skin. The nourishing aloe-based formula is loaded with a full menu of active ingredients: Argireline, to restore moisture balance and target the formation of lines and wrinkles; Collagen Tripeptides, to stimulate collagen production and improve elasticity; Copper, Manganese, and Zinc to diminish fine lines, firm skin, fight free radicals and increase skin strength; Sodium PCA, a high performance humectant that is moisture binding and increases the skin's softness. The final boost: Vitamins A, C and E to nourish and protectClients can choose from among a menu of additives to create just the right foundation for their skin type and conditions

Hydrator
Ours contains Sodium PCA & Ginseng and helps restore moisture in dehydrated skins. It is recommended for normal to dry skins.
Oil Control contains Cucumber Extract, Lemongrass, Horsetail Extract. It has astringent, purifying and calming qualities. It is recommended for oily skin.

Texturizer
Ours is made from mineral rich sea plants. It is genuine moisturizer that increases the barrier function of the skin. It smoothes the skin imparting a youthful appearance. Recommended for any skin type. Beneficial for dry, sun damaged or dehydrated skin. This product smoothes the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles.

Botanical Crème Complex
This can be used to add lubricating and moisturizing qualities to the enriched foundation base. It can also be added to a concealer. It is recommended for dry, dehydrated, sun damaged or mature skin. It contains the same botanicals and antioxidants that are in the foundations, which allow it to provide long-term anti-aging benefits. This product has long-term anti-aging benefits.

Sunscreen Additive
Octyl Methoxycinnamate (an organic ester derived from cinnamon), Dimethicone and Pomegranate Extract are used in the sunscreen to create a lightweight, non-greasy additive that can be used in a custom blend formula to increase the SPF. Pomegranate Extract when combined with Titanium Dioxide creates a natural sun protection booster that increases the SPF. Our foundation has an SPF of 6-8 without the sunscreen additive. With Sunscreen additive, the foundation has a quantifiable SPF of up to 22-24.
Mineral Sunscreen Additive Transparent Zinc Oxide with broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection. Suitable for all skin types. 100% chemical free. Natural Products Association and EcoCert Certified. Our foundation has an SPF of 6-8 without the mineral sunscreen additive.

Fringe Benefit locks in moisture, smoothes and retexturizes skin. Sodium PCA, Vitamin E and Dimethicone work in harmony to plump fine lines and restore radiance for healthier looking skin. This product plumps fine lines and wrinkles.

Complexes
Copper Peptide Multi Mineral Complex
This multi mineral complex contains copper, manganese and zinc. These minerals stimulate collagen and elastin formation, diminish fine lines, firm the skin, improve skin strength, increase oxygenation and neutralize free radicals by stimulating the enzymatic function of antioxidant superoxide dismutase.

Ultra Soothing Botanical Complex
This botanical complex contains 5 synergistic botanicals: Butcher’s Broom, Hydrocotyle, Marigold, Horse Chestnut, Licorice and Hydrolyzed Yeast Protein. This combination of botanicals soothes, reduces redness and inflammation (rosacea) and improves circulation. Ultra soothing also improves under eye darkness by up to 65% when used in concealer.

Ultra Firming Botanical Complex
This botanical complex contains soy protein which provides an immediate firming and tightening ‘flash’ effect that will last throughout the day. The soy protein also softens and smoothes the skin giving it a more radiant appearance.

Ultra Hydrating Complex
This is a potent blend of skin-firming, hyper- hydrating and wrinkle reducing ingredients that absorb instantly. Ultra Hydrating Complex is loaded with marine derived Sodium Hyaluronate from Chondrus Crispus Seaweed and Chondrus Crispus Seaweed Extract producing a moisture-locking treatment. Used in custom blending foundation to create a hyper- hydrating foundation suitable for all skin types with a lightweight feel.

Ultra Lightening Botanical Complex
This is an advanced lightening serum which helps decrease hyper-pigmentation. Will improve overall health and appearance of the skin by delivering a brighter, more even skin tone. Contains whitening agents Licorice Root and Bearberry Extract which aid in decreasing melanin and rebalancing dermal cells to lighten age spots and dark pigmentation spots.

Pure and organic. This potent formula is the perfect balance between skin and oil offering immediate moisturizing, softening, conditioning and antioxidant protection.
